After a modest year 2009 with a marginal growth we are pleased to be able to say that we have ended in 2010 with a fantastic result: a sales increase of 30%. Particularly pleasing for us is the fact that the growth is distributed as well on existing and new customers.2011 promise to become a further exiting year for the industry. The market expects a growth of 6%, but as a result of the latest occasions the market will face a slight price increase. Which impact the earthquake in Japan and its consequences will have for the PCB market cannot be evaluated at the moment. This year TET is expecting a double-digit growth. The turnover increase should be achieved in different segments: growth with our existing customers, new customers, expansion of the HDI turnover and new markets. The requirements were fulfilled last year. Not only our sales team has been enforced but as well in the sector Customer Service we have created the needed resources. Furthermore we have analysed processes and have optimised them.For us, as global company, it is important, that we ensure the optimum handling of the projects and orders of our customers, that is why we will continue also in 2011 all important and necessary steps in Europe and in in America as in Asia.
